We will have several committees focused on a variety of fundraising efforts:

Concessions - The purpose of the Concessions Committee is to ensure seamless and profitable operation of the Clinton-Massie concessions at every school-sanctioned sporting event. The committee will work with each team to ensure adequate coverage of each sporting event while also managing the logistics of running a high-performing concession stand, inclusive of inventory management, staffing, offerings, etc.

Community Engagement/Communications - The purpose of the Community Engagement/Communications Committee is to ensure the Clinton-Massie community is aware of all activities taking place in support of enriching the Clinton-Massie student-athlete experience. This includes ensuring the community is aware of all Clinton-Massie Boosters-driven efforts to drive fundraising, engagement, and other activities that will provide exposure to the student athlete and Clinton-Massie Boosters organization.

Membership - The purpose of the Membership Committee is to drive CM Boosters enrollment from the school district/alumni while also managing the annual memberships and collecting fees/funds to help drive revenue in support of CM Student Athletics, including but not limited to, helping to cover pay-to-play fees for financially challenged families.

Retail Sales/Apparel - The purpose of the Retail Sales/Apparel Committee is to drive fundraising efforts through the sale of Clinton-Massie apparel to the community. Responsibilities include working with each team to design/sell sport-specific apparel with funds reserved for their respective sport, manage CM-branded gear to the broader community, while also managing the complete supply chain of apparel.

Team Outreach - The purpose of the Team Outreach Committee is to ensure active and on-going engagement with the team leaders (coaches and parents) to help facilitate communications re: financial needs, concession work schedules, apparel/fundraising efforts, etc.

Fundraising/Sales - The purpose of the Fundraising/Sales Committee is to drive on-going engagement with community businesses to secure donations and contributions to CM Boosters and broader facility improvement efforts. This team will actively solicit sponsorships from community and surrounding businesses for programs, scoreboards, reserved seating, tailgating, golf scrambles, and other revenue-driving efforts geared toward the enrichment and enhancement of the Clinton-Massie student athlete experience.
